How to delete your Convertal data. There’s no account, so most of it is already in your hands.
No account
Convertal has no sign-up and no account — we don’t hold a profile for you on any server.
Data on your device
Your conversion history, saved conversions and notes, and your settings are stored only on your device. You can clear your history and saved conversions inside the app, and uninstalling Convertal deletes all of it. This data is never uploaded to us.
Advertising data
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob, which may process your device’s advertising identifier and similar data. You can reset or limit this on your device:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads — reset or delete your advertising ID.
Buying Convertal Pro removes ads and the related data collection.
Purchase records
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat, using an anonymous identifier and the store purchase token (no name or payment card). Manage purchase data through your Apple or Google account.
Request deletion
To ask us to delete any data we or our processors hold that relates to you, send us a request through our contact form. We’ll action the request, or forward it to the relevant provider, and reply to confirm.
